MGAM Outreach – Leewood Nursing Home

All who plan to attend will need to bring a copy of their COVID Shot record to be put on file (front and back).  Booster not required.  If you do not have the shots you have to show a negative test report each time you come for that week.  Please wear your VND shirt we will be taking pictures.
